How do I submit my ticket

Solution Click on (Submit a ticket) icon, and fill the form :

1- Your name.
2- Your e-mail address.
3- Select ticket's category.
4- Select ticket's priority.
5- Describe your problem.
6- Attach files (if necessary).
7- Re-type the security number (CAPTCHA code).

Finally press (Submit ticket) button.
